Ambient light relais

Function:

The relay responds, by means of an light sensitive resitor (LDR), to the ambient light.

With a turning knob you, the internal relais, can be activated at the desiered intensity of the ambient light.

The ciruit has two potential free switching contacts.

LDR included in the package.

Examples of operation:

Switching On lights at a certain ambient light level.

The ambient light level starts an animation.

The lights of the DC-Car vehicles is switch ON at a certain ambient light level.

Max. switching current: 2A

Input: LDR light sensitive resitor

The circuit is equipped with a hysteresis that prevents the relay from switching over in an annoying manner at a set ambient light value.
