Information regarding shipping costs

In the order procedure you can, at the end, choose how you want your products shipped. We ship by registered mail as standard. However, if the weight and dimensions allow it, you can also choose "Mailbox post" which is of course cheaper. We are also at the train fair in Houten, if you want to pick up there or in Putten (Gld) choose the "Pick up" option, this is of course free of charge. (Pick up in Putten only after appointment by telephone) Note: the goods always travel at the risk of the customer (see also our sales conditions). However, in order to provide you with the best possible service and to keep the risks as small as possible, we have registered the shipment as standard. In case of problems we will try to help you as well as possible and mediate for you at post.nl.
